Movie description:
Stet, a troubled and angry 12-year-old orphan from a small Texas town, ends up at a Boy Choir school back East after the death of his single mom. Completely out of his element, he finds himself in a battle of wills with a demanding Choir Master who recognizes a unique talent in this young boy as he pushes him to discover his creative heart and soul in music.

Ein guter Film über einen verzweifelten Jungen, der den Tod seiner Mutter verkraften muß und von seinem Vater abgelehnt wurde. Er wird zum Glück in den Knabenchor aufgenommen, aber es ist für ihn nicht einfach, dort Halt zu bekommen.
Der Film ist nicht so dramatisch und so gut gespielt wie »Die Kinder des Monsieur Mathieu«, aber doch sehenswert, besonders wenn man klassische Musik liebt.
